This cottage which adjoins the owner's residence overlooks a beautiful wooded valley. This cottage is excellent for nature lovers who want to get away from it all, relax and just soak up the views.
This 2 bedroom cottage has its own entrance and a lovely enclosed garden for you to enjoy. The cottage bedrooms consist of one double room, one twin room, and a bath/shower room on the first floor. The property also has a small toilet on the ground floor.
The cottage has been furnished and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation, electric central heated throughout, and double glazed. All with pine/oak furniture. The lounge has a wood burner and TV/DVD. A fully equipped kitchen has been fitted. Patio doors open direct onto the lawn with garden furniture.

We have an excellent concrete drive into our farm.
We regret that we cannot except bookings for large groups or working parties.
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.

Semi-detached self-catering cottage, sleeping four, in two bedrooms. Unloading/ parking is close to the entrance into cottage, one step 8" high into hall. The lounge size is 16ft,5" x 14ft. Patio doors with two steps are 7" deep, out onto the lawn. All bedrooms, lounge, hall, stairs, landing are carpeted.
Kitchen/diner
With tiled floor, 19ft, 4" x 8ft, 6", standard height kitchen units, electric cooker, side oven opening, drop down grill door. Table and chairs standard height and kitchen units, fridge/freezer.
Stairs
14 steps up to first floor 7" deep, with hand rail.
Bedrooms
One twin bedroom 11ft, 8" x 9ft, 7" with access around beds. One double bedroom, 12ft x 12ft off a landing, full access around bed. The bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside drawers.
Bathroom
5ft,8" x 5ft,6" vinyl flooring, full size bath, shower stepping up into the bath, toilet and hand basin.
